<br />Based on the analysis performed, staff recommends that the Board of
<br />County Commissioners grant the requested special exception use
<br />approval for a self-service storage facility.
<br />Community Development Director Stan Boling advised the Board
<br />that all criteria stated in the recommendation have been met.
<br />The Chairman opened the public hearing and asked if anyone
<br />wished to be heard in this matter.
<br />John Dean, 2223 10th Avenue, architect, said that he would be
<br />happy to answer any questions from the Board or the public.
<br />The Chairman asked if anyone else wished to be heard in this
<br />matter. There being none, she closed the public hearing.
<br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by
<br />Commissioner Tippin, the Board unanimously granted
<br />the special exception use for a self-service storage
<br />facility, as recommended by staff.
