40 <br />40 <br />40 <br />BUDGET <br />The budget for the three tasks defined above is as follows <br />Task 1. $ 600.00 <br />Task 2. $ 600.00 <br />Task 3. $3,000,00 per month <br />Payment to be made upon completion of task. <br />SPECIAL CONDITIONS <br />The above -defined scope of services and budget assume that the COUNTY will provide for the <br />following conditions. The COUNTY will provide: <br />1, County will provide for transport of all hazardous materials and storage containers <br />associated with this CONTRACT that exceed the capacity of ETC vehicles (-k-500 lbs.); <br />2. ETC access to all files associated with hazardous waste management program; <br />3. all storage containers required to complete the above defined work; <br />4. all monitoring equipment necessary to collect groundwater, surface water, and leachate <br />samples and field data; <br />5. all laboratory services; <br />6, all travel expenses associated with out of county meetings in accordance with Section <br />112.061, Florida Statutes (2000); and <br />7, all materials necessary to maintain equipment and storage areas. <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES MONITORING & MAINTENANCE OF THE WETLAND <br />MITIGATION SITE <br />ETC has petitioned that FDEP accept the mitigation site on 31 October 2000. This addendum <br />was prepared assuming that the mitigation site will he accepted by FDEP by 31 December 2000. <br />Task 4. Data Collection <br />ETC will collect the following data on a semi-annual basis commencing within 30 days of receipt <br />of the notice to proceed with this task from the County. The data will be collected over a three <br />year period, for a total of six field sample events. The field data to be collected as part of this task <br />includes the following: <br />b one set of panoramic photographs of the enhancement area (as described in the FDEP <br />Permit No. MS31-247323) taken from two fixed locations within the preservation area. <br />The photo points will be located on an existing plan view drawing of the site. The site <br />location map will be submitted to the County and FDEP as part of the semi-annual <br />monitoring reports that will be prepared as part of'rask 2 described below; <br />b measurement of the percent survival and cover estimate of the vegetation plant during the <br />construction of the mitigation area; <br />iJ measurement of the percent cover of nuisance, exotic or invader species within the entire <br />wetland preservation area; <br />Page 3 of 5 <br />
