Utilities Only. The Florida Legislature requires utilities receiving, finds through this program to meet <br />several specific conditions concerning rates, consistency with comprehensive plans, and requiring <br />mandatory hookups to public reuse distribution systems. in order for SJRWMD to assess whether <br />individual utilities meet the legislative requirements, utility applicants must attach the following items to <br />their applications. <br />I. A copy of the rate schedule for each water, wastewater, and �✓ <br />reclaimed water utility service operated by the applicant in the service area <br />where the proposed project is located. <br />2. Certification of compatibility with local comprehensive plan. A letter from <br />the local city or county land use planning; authority, certifying that the project is <br />consistent with the local comprehensive plan (Do not include plan excerpts.) <br />3. Reuse Ordinance.
