'the Florida Legislature requires utilities receiving funds through this program to meet <br />several specific conditions concerning rates, consistency with comprehensive planus, and requiring <br />mandatory Hookups to public muse distribution systems. In order for S]RWMD to assess whether <br />individual utilities meet the legislative requirements, utility applicants must attach [lie following items to <br />their applications. <br />1. Rate schedules. A copy of die rate schedule for each water, wastewater, and <br />reclaimed water utility service operated by the applicant in the service area <br />where the proposed project is located. <br />2. Certification of compatibility with local comprehensive plant. A letter from �✓ <br />the local city or county land use planning authority, certifying that the project is <br />consistent with the local comprehensive plan (Do not include plan excerpts.) <br />3. Reuse Ordinance.
