1 <br />C-1 <br />40 <br />40 <br />ARTICLE 10 <br />MANAGEMENT RIGHTS <br />10.01 RESERVATION NOF RIGHTS <br />The County reserves all rights, powers, and authority customarily <br />exercised by management under current Florida Statutes except as <br />otherwise specifically delegated or modified by express provisions of this <br />agreement. <br />101.02 PRIOR RIGP'.6 <br />It is the intention of the parties, that the County have each and emery <br />right and privilege that is enjoyed by public employers, 'hounded and <br />limited only by Florida law, the laws of the United States, and this <br />agreement. By this agreement, the Union and the County agree to <br />certain limitations on those rights. <br />10.03 It is agreed that the management of the County alone shall have authority <br />to determine and direct the policies, mode, and methods of providing its <br />services, without any interference in the management and conduct of the <br />County's business on the part of the Union or any of its representatives. <br />Except as expressly limited by a specific provision of the agreement, the <br />County shall continue to have the exrlusive right to take any action it <br />deems necessary or appropriate in the management of its business and <br />
