vacation. For distribution of overtime purposes an employee shall <br />be considered on vacation from the time the employee finishes <br />work on the employee's last scheduled work day before going on <br />vacation until the employee's scheduled starting time on the <br />employee's first scheduled work day after the employee's <br />vacation. <br />E. At the end of the payroll period nearest the end of each fiscal year, <br />the accumulated overtime of the lowest employee in each <br />classification (excluding employees who are ineligible for overtime) <br />shall be deducted from the overtime standings of all others in the <br />classification at that location. <br />F. It is expressly understood that reliable, prompt service is a priority <br />responsibility of the department. It is expected that all employees <br />will respond when an emergency or bona fide need exists. The <br />failure to so respond except as covered in (D) above, will be cause <br />for disciplinary action, including termination of employment. <br />30.02 RESERVED <br />
