C> <br />40 <br />40 <br />40 <br />30.03 MEALS <br />A. The Employer will pay employees of the EMS Division an allowance <br />for meals under the Following conditions, unless the meals are <br />provided by the Employer. An allowance for meals paid when such <br />meals are not provided by the Employer shall not exceed three <br />dollars ($3.00) per meal, <br />B. If an employee is required to work two 421 hours or more before his <br />or her regular starting time and the employee continues to work <br />for a minimum of two (2) hours, the employee shall have the next <br />meal paid for by the Employer and additional meals at six (6) hour <br />intervals thereafter if the employee continues to work. <br />C. If an employee is held over or called out within two (2) hours after <br />the employee's regular quitting time, and continues to work for a <br />minimum of two (2) hours, the employee shall be entitled to a <br />meal at the Employer's expense and additional meals at six (+6) <br />hour intervals thereafter if the employee continues to work. <br />30.04 COURT LEAVE <br />A. Employees attending court as a subpoenaed witness on Behalf of <br />a public jurisdiction or for jury duty during their normal working <br />hours shall receive full Ray equal to their normal work schedule for <br />the hours they attend court.
