CONSULTANT will develop a 3- to 5 -page PDF report with infographics to display the <br />results of the community analytics assessment and will provide as a deliverable to <br />COUNTY. <br />4.3 Conduct Communications Goal Setting and Stakeholder <br />Identification Workshop <br />CONSULTANT will conduct a four-hour in-person Communications Goal Setting and <br />Stakeholder Identification Workshop with COUNTY management and communications <br />personnel. Topics to be covered will include: <br />• Identification of internal and external stakeholders <br />• Goals for stakeholder engagement <br />• Desired future meetings and deliverables <br />• Review of milestones within the IWMP development process and <br />identification of decision-making and stakeholder involvement needs <br />• Best practices for messaging, format, and delivery of outreach materials <br />CONSULTANT will develop an agenda and presentation in preparation for the <br />Workshop. The agenda and a Communications Audit Workshop Summary will be <br />provided to COUNTY. <br />4.4 Public Involvement Events <br />4.4.1 Community Meetings <br />CONSULTANT will develop and support implementation of a series of two (2) <br />community meetings and one (1) supplementary online meeting option to incorporate <br />public input into the master plan development process, specifically related to a multi - <br />criteria decision analysis. These meetings could serve as an opportunity to educate the <br />public about the project, field questions, and elicit initial feedback. This scope of work <br />will include: <br />• Outreach materials development <br />• Event Plan <br />• Facilitation Guide <br />• Logistic coordination support <br />• Development and design of meeting materials <br />Meeting summaries to be included in IWMP Module 3: Stakeholder Engagement. <br />4.4.2 Small -Group Stakeholder Meetings <br />CONSULTANT will facilitate up to five (5), 2 -hour, in-person small group meetings to <br />engage key stakeholders and partners, such as community organizations, elected <br />officials, and local county agencies to educate about, elicit feedback on, and garner <br />support of the master planning process. CONSULTANT will provide agendas for each <br />meeting. Meeting summaries to be included in IWMP Module 3: Stakeholder <br />Engagement. <br />4.5 Draft IWMP Module 3 — Stakeholder Engagement <br />CONSULTANT will compile findings from the communications data review, Community <br />Analytics Profile, Communications Audit, and workshops to develop a draft of the One <br />Water Integrated Plan's Module 3 — Stakeholder Engagement. <br />13 <br />
