CONSULTANT will provide Module 3 as a draft only as part of this task. COUNTY <br />review comments will be tracked in an Excel spreadsheet and incorporated into the Pre - <br />Final and Final versions of the IWMP to be compiled in Task 7.4. <br />4.6 Collateral Development <br />As part of this scope of work, CONSULTANT will develop content and provide graphic <br />design for a variety of deliverables to support internal and external communications <br />during master plan development. In developing these materials, CONSULTANT will take <br />into consideration COUNTY's varied audiences and channels of delivery to provide <br />clean, branded materials that makes technical subjects easier to understand. <br />Deliverables will follow COUNTY's existing brand guidelines and include items such as: <br />• Branded templates <br />• Bill inserts <br />• Brochures <br />• Door hangers and notices <br />• Emails and e -blasts <br />• Flyers, handouts & mailers <br />• Internal and external newsletters <br />• Online content and graphics <br />• Presentations <br />• Press releases/media advisories <br />• Print ads <br />• PSAs <br />• Social media posts and graphics <br />• Talking points <br />• Video/podcast scripts, <br />graphics,& production <br />4.7 Project Website Development and Maintenance <br />If IRC desires, CONSULTANT can develop a standalone website containing up to five <br />(5) pages of content on the master planning process for internal audiences, the public, <br />visitors, and other stakeholders. The proposed content would feature/include much of <br />the collateral items to allow for extended reach and consistent messaging. The website <br />development process would include: <br />• Up to three website coordination calls <br />• One website site map <br />• One website content document <br />• Up to two draft and final website content documents <br />• One website wireframe populated with approved content and based on the <br />site map <br />• One interactive website design mockup based on wireframe <br />• One staging website prototype <br />• One final website with a custom URL and hosting for one year <br />• One web survey to gather public input for weighting decision criteria used <br />within Task 6 investment prioritization. <br />• Up to 12 visitor analytics reports <br />Task 4 Assumptions, Workshops, and Deliverables <br />Assumptions <br />COUNTY will provide key talking points and technical information to <br />CONSULTANT as needed to develop requested deliverables. <br />The extent of deliverable development will align with labor assumptions <br />within cost estimate. <br />Scope does not include costs for outreach implementation, such as printing <br />or postage. <br />14 <br />
