• Internal and external communication needs <br />• Platform housing preferences <br />7.1.3 Digital Platform Selection (1 hour, in-person) <br />CONSULTANT will develop and evaluate the advantages and disadvantages and costs <br />for up to three (3) digital platform solutions. CONSULTANT and COUNTY will select <br />digital platform and housing site. <br />7.1.4 Digital Platform Framework Selection Meeting (1 hour, in-person) <br />CONSULTANT will facilitate a meeting with COUNTY IT, management, and operations <br />to discuss: <br />Platform advantages and disadvantages <br />Platform costs <br />• Implementation requirements <br />7.1.5 Document Storage Development <br />CONSULTANT will work with the COUNTY to develop a document storage system <br />within the selected digital platform that allows for document sharing and collaboration <br />between the CONSULTANT and COUNTY. CONSULTANT will develop a document <br />sharing location and filing system and share with the COUNTY for approval. <br />7.1.6 Data Visualization Development <br />CONSULTANT will work with the COUNTY to develop an internal data visualization tool <br />to track progress on IWMP implementation and key data that inform project sequencing <br />and scheduling. CONSULTANT and COUNTY will coordinate regarding metrics to be <br />tracked on dashboards, where/how the data visualizations will be hosted, and how data <br />will be formatted and updated in the visualizations. Possible metrics to track include: <br />• Project delivery <br />• Asset condition and renewal <br />• Septic to sewer conversions <br />• Public engagement with website, social media profiles, and other channels <br />• Utility rates and CIP investments <br />• Developer service requests <br />• System flows and demands <br />• Community benefits <br />7.1.7 Data Visualization Coordination Meetings (1 hour each, virtual) <br />CONSULTANT will facilitate up to three (3) coordination meetings with COUNTY IT, <br />management, and operations to discuss: <br />• Goals and metrics for display <br />• Access, hosting, and/or transitioning of dashboard to COUNTY <br />• Data connections to existing COUNTY platforms and tools <br />• Review of data visualization structures and preferences <br />7.2 Customer Satisfaction Web Survey <br />7.2.1 Web Survey Development <br />CONSULTANT will work with the COUNTY to develop a web survey to collect <br />information on customer satisfaction, concerns, and priorities.
