CONSTITUTIONAL OFFICERS and GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES <br />10.A. 24-0910 Property Appraiser's Annual Fiscal Report <br />Attachments: 2024 Property App Annual Report <br />Wesley Davis, Indian River County Property Appraiser, submitted his annual report <br />and noted his office would return $564,788 to the County. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Earman, seconded by Vice Chairman Loar, <br />to accept the Property Appraiser's 2023/2024 Annual Report. The motion carried <br />by the following vote: <br />Aye: 5- Chairman Flescher, Vice Chairman Lear, Commissioner Adams, Commissioner <br />Earman, and Commissioner Moss <br />10.B. 24-0906 Tax Collectors Annual Fiscal Report <br />Attachments: Tax Collectors Annual Fiscal Report <br />Indian River County Tax Collector Carole Jean Jordan appeared before the Board <br />with members of her staff to present a check for $3,043,583 being returned to the <br />County. <br />A motion was made by Vice Chairman Loar, seconded by Commissioner Adams, <br />to accept the Tax Collector's 2023/2024 Annual Report.
