Board of County Commissioners Meeting Minutes - Final February 25, 2025 <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Earman, seconded by Chairman Flescher, <br />to approve the reappointments to the Beach and Shore Preservation Committee. <br />The motion carried by the following vote: <br />Aye: 5 - Chairman Flescher, Vice Chairman Loar, Commissioner Adams, Commissioner <br />Earman, and Commissioner Moss <br />Commissioner Earman received confirmation that members who served on multiple <br />committees would be limited to serving on only one committee of their choice; <br />discussion on multiple committees would be had at the next BCC meeting. <br />Children Services Advisory Committee (CSAC) members Amber L. Cerda (Member <br />at Large) and Hope Woodhouse (District 5 Appointee) were up for renewal of <br />another four-year term. <br />Commissioner Earman noted that District 3 Appointee Katie Mieras was also up for <br />renewal, but had been omitted from the list in staffs report. The Commissioner stated <br />he was not making a change to the appointment. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Adams, seconded by Commissioner <br />Earman, to approve the reappointments to the Children Services Advisory <br />Committee. The motion carried by the following vote: <br />Aye: 5- Chairman Flescher, Vice Chairman Loar, Commissioner Adams, Commissioner <br />Earman, and Commissioner Moss <br />Code Enforcement Board members Dana R. DiFrancesco (Alternate Member) and <br />Terence Schlitt (Engineer) were up for renewal of another three-year term. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Adams, seconded by Chairman Flescher, <br />to approve the reappointments to the Code Enforcement Board. The motion <br />carried by the following vote: <br />Aye: 5- Chairman Flescher, Vice Chairman Loar, Commissioner Adams, Commissioner <br />Earman, and Commissioner Moss <br />Construction Board of Adjustment and Appeals members Robert (Bip) DiPietro <br />(Electrical Contractor), Michael A. Luc (Plans Examiner), and Peter Robinson <br />(Contractor -Division 1) were up for renewal of another three-year (staggered) term. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Adams, seconded by Commissioner Moss, <br />to approve the reappointments to the Construction Board of Adjustment and <br />Appeals.
