Exhibit A 0"AtkinsRealis <br />Work Order 9 <br />4.1 Construction Management <br />AtkinsRealis will provide construction project management services following <br />Contractor Award, through close of project to successfully deliver the project to <br />expected standard of quality, scope, and function. Project manager will facilitate <br />communication and planning among all stakeholders including IRCDUS, <br />subconsultants and the Contractor. <br />Project manager will coordinate with IRCDUS and the Contractor to ensure all <br />project documentation is completed, including substantial and closeout <br />documentation. <br />AtkinsRealis will assist the Contractor with maintaining the project schedule, <br />Project Risk Register and Asset Management Register throughout construction, <br />with regular check -ins during progress meetings. Additionally, a Project Action <br />Item (PAI) list will be maintained throughout. <br />Contractor's pay requests and variance analyses will be reviewed and submitted <br />to IRCDUS with comments or recommendations for approval. <br />4.2 Conformed Documents <br />AtkinsRealis will incorporate into the Contract Documents any revisions and <br />clarifications that occurred during the bidding phase. Indian River County front <br />end documents and executed construction contract shall be provided by the <br />County. Final conformed documents will be released for construction. <br />4.3 Pre -construction Meeting <br />AtkinsRealis will organize and conduct an in-person pre -construction meeting <br />attended by up to two (2) project staff. This meeting will cover all project <br />expectations and requirements to set a framework for the Construction Phase. <br />Discussions will include the scope of work, roles, responsibilities, communication <br />plan, schedule, budget, payment procedures, risk management, asset <br />management, documentation requirements and submittal procedures, safety, <br />site conditions and restrictions and project closeout. The Contractor's <br />construction schedule and forecasted earned values will be reviewed <br />beforehand and then baselined at this meeting. Agenda and meeting minutes <br />will be distributed to all attendees. <br />4.4 Shop Drawing Submittal Review <br />AtkinsRealis shall track and perform shop drawing and product submittal reviews <br />for up to 24 shop drawing submittals, including revised submittals. Shop <br />drawings will only be reviewed for conformance with the Contract Documents <br />and compatibility with the design concept. AtkinsRealis will provide a list of <br />additional submittals for the contractor, as necessary. <br />4.5 Request for Information (RFI) <br />AtkinsRealis will review and respond to and/or issue up to ten (10) RFIs, <br />clarifications or supplemental instructions consistent with the Construction <br />scope.
