BUTLER, CLERK <br />a. When a minor alarm is caused it is visible on the "Link" screen and the "Minor" alarm <br />LED illuminates. <br />b. When a major alarm is caused it is visible on the "Link" screen and the "Major" <br />alarm LED illuminates. <br />c. Latched alarms remain until manually reset. <br />d. Hitting the Reset button clears all "Latched Alarms". <br />NETWORK MANAGER <br />1. In the normal operations state the Network Manager displays icons for each pre-programmed site in the <br />network as "GREEN" when no alarms are present <br />2. Each site can be accessed by double clicking the site icon. <br />3. The NMS accesses the EM2 software; thus, allowing the user to perform the required function that can <br />be done via the EM2 software. <br />4. The "Active" alarm screen displays the correct alarm at the correct site only when present. <br />5. The "History" alarm screen will display all alarms that have latched until reset. <br />Note: All alarm indications come on as explained and clear up after everything is replaced and normal <br />operations are resumed. Latched alarms have to be manually reset as they are an indication feature on this <br />system. <br />Page 32 of <br />
