Assets shall be identified at the lowest level in the system hierarchy. This is at the Maintenance <br />Managed Item (MMI) level, where work orders (WO) are assigned to perform preventive maintenance or <br />future decisions are made regarding repairs, rehabilitation, or replacement. The scope of the PAR shall be <br />a complete listing of all such assets that are added or removed by the project. Major equipment assemblies <br />(e.g., pump, aerator, etc.) shall be broken down into their components, such as motor, mixer, etc. <br />Task 2 Deliverables: <br />• Preliminary Design Plans, Specifications, OPCC and Control Narrative <br />• Final Design Plans, Specifications, OPCC and Control Narrative <br />o Project Asset Record included with Final Design Deliverables <br />Task 3 —Permitting <br />It is anticipated that the proposed improvements will result in a building structure no larger than 1,500 <br />square feet, for which is the threshold for requiring only a Minor Site Plan Approval. <br />An application for Administrative Approval will be submitted to the Community Development <br />Department (CDD) for the proposed improvements. This approval is necessary for a contractor to apply <br />for a building permit. This Administrate Approval Application submittal will include the application, <br />signed and sealed plans, FDEP permit, and backup information on proposed equipment/structures. <br />Consultant will prepare and submit one (1) FDEP permit application 62-604.300(8)(a) <br />NotificationlApplication For Constructing Domestic Wastewater Collection/Transmission SystemThe <br />scope consists of preparation of permit application and supporting documents and response to one (1) <br />reasonable request for additional information. <br />All application fees will be paid for directly by IRCDUS. <br />Task 3 Deliverables: <br />• CDD Administrative Approval Application <br />• FDEP Permit Application Package <br />• Requests for Additional Information Responses <br />Task 4 — Bid Phase Services <br />Consultant will assemble the bid documents, consisting of drawings, bid form, and technical <br />specifications needed to advertise the construction bid package. Consultant will review front end <br />documentation prepared by Client.
