BUTLER, CLERK <br />SUBSTITUTE EMPLOYMENT <br />20.01 The Employer agrees not to use, assign or detail members of the bargaining unit as <br />substitute employees to perform non -Emergency Services duties except where lives or <br />property are in imminent danger. <br />20.02 Bargaining unit employees shall inform the Fire Chief, in writing, of any outside <br />employment. Outside employment which interferes, or is incompatible, with County <br />employment may be denied. No outside employment shall be performed less than eight <br />(8) hours prior to the start of an employee's assigned shift. <br />38 <br />
