500K 99 f"A'iF 966 <br />2) Utility Relocation - FPL, Southern Bell, and Falcon <br />Cablevision aerial facilities - Cost to County is <br />Approximately $20,000. <br />3) Stormwater and Environmental Resource Permitting. <br />If outside consulting services are retained to expedite the right- <br />of-way acquisition, it is estimated that $30,000 would need to be <br />allocated to fund the work. To accelerate stormwater permitting, <br />it is estimated that $40,000 in consulting services is needed. <br />Since a portion of the existing utilities are in utility easements <br />outside of existing Fellsmere Farms Water Control District right- <br />of-way, the cost to relocate the utilities is estimated at this <br />time to be $20,000. <br />RECOMMNDATIONS AND FUNDING <br />To expedite the project, staff recommends allocating $250,000 from <br />the Local Option 1(� Sales Tax Program (Fund 315-214-541-066.31, <br />$300,000 budgeted for FY96/97). In addition, authorization to <br />begin the proper process to retain outside consulting services for <br />right-of-way acquisition and environmental permitting, as well as <br />proceeding with utility relocation, is requested. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Tippin, the Board unanimously approved <br />the allocation of $250,000 from the Local Option 1(� <br />Sales Tax Program Fund in order to expedite the <br />Willow Street paving and drainage improvements <br />project; and authorized staff to begin the proper <br />process to retain outside consulting services for <br />right-of-way acquisition and environmental <br />permitting, as well as proceeding with utility <br />relocation, as recommended in the Memorandum. <br />LOUISIANA AVENUE WATER MAIN - MAIN STREET TO CR -512 <br />The Board reviewed a Memorandum of November 15, 1996: <br />DATE: NOVEMBER 15, 1996 <br />TO: JAMES E.
