13th Avenue - between 32nd and 33rd Street to assist in designing the proposed <br /> roadway and drainage improvements identified within this area. <br /> Van Valkenberg Creek — supplemental survey data is needed at the western <br /> terminus of the existing creek to assist in designing outfall improvements <br /> needed to serve the proposed stormwater management facilities. <br /> Legal Description & Sketch — the Consultant will prepare up to six (6) legal <br /> description and sketches to support the acquisition of property and/or <br /> easements identified. <br /> B. Supplemental Geotechnical Investigation: <br /> The Consultant will retain the services of a Geotechnical sub-consultant to assist in <br /> evaluating the existing soil and roadway pavement conditions. Due to the change in <br /> State water quality standards, additional geotechnical investigation will be needed. The <br /> supplemental geotechnical investigation may include the following services: <br /> 1. Field Exploration Program <br /> • Soil permeability testing <br /> • 6-feet deep hand augers <br /> • 10-feet deep hand augers <br /> 2. Engineering Analysis and Report <br /> The Geotechnical Sub-Consultant Engineer shall perform analysis of all the data <br /> obtained to evaluate subsurface conditions and develop engineering recommendations. <br /> C.
