Batchelder to Terry O'Brien dated Dec. 5, 1997 <br />DATE: December 9, 1997 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Approximately 4,528 square feet of additional right-of-way is needed along 600 lineal feet <br />of the east side of Kings Highway just south of SR60. The 3.64 acre parent tract is <br />currently being sold to Jim Zengage, Southern Development Services, for $13.56 per <br />square foot, which includes closing costs and lease buy outs. The cost of the right-of-way <br />land, therefore, is $61,399.58.
