Smith, Jr. and Cecil Johnson, Trustees <br />DATE: March 3, 1998 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS . <br />Five feet (5') of additional right-of-way is needed on CR 510 for road widening and <br />intersection improvements at CR 510 and US 1. <br />The property owner has executed a contract at a price of $5.00 per square foot for the C -L <br />zoned land. This price per square foot is comparable to other similar C -L zoned parcels <br />the County has purchased based upon appraisals or evaluations. <br />The contract price is $9,210.25 based on a total of 1,842.05 square feet as determined by <br />the legal description.
