BOOK 103 PAGE 569 <br />S. Public buildings, such as schools, churches, post offices, and community <br />centers, shall be provided in prominent, accessible locations within the <br />project. Such locations generally are at the termination of streets, the <br />perimeter of the neighborhood center, or the frontage along a designated main <br />street of a neighborhood or adjacent thoroughfare plan road. <br />Note: A public school site will be provided along 161 Street and the main entrance <br />road A possible church site will also be located along 161 Street (block W - <br />M -8). These locations are prominent. <br />24. Annual Report: <br />The developer shall be required to file an annual report with the county planning division. <br />Seven copies of the annual report shall be submitted each year on the anniversary date of the <br />approval of the PD rezoning, and shall include the following: <br />a. Any changes in the plan of development, or in the phasing for the reporting <br />— year and for the next year, <br />b. A summary comparison of development activity proposed and actually <br />conducted for the year, <br />C. Identification of undeveloped tracts of land that have been sold, transferred <br />or leased to a successor developer, <br />d. Identification and intended use of lands purchased, leased or optioned by the <br />developer adjacent to the original PD site since the PD rezoning was <br />approved; <br />e. An assessment (listing) of the developer's compliance with each condition <br />of PD rezoning conceptual PD plan approval; <br />f. Any request, and the status of that request, for a modification to the approved <br />conceptual plan that was filed in the reporting year or is anticipated to be <br />filed during the next year; <br />g. An indication of a change, if any, in local government jurisdiction for any <br />portion of the development since the conceptual PD was approved; <br />h. A list of significant local, state and federal permits which have been obtained <br />or which are pending by agency, type of permit, permit number and purpose <br />of each; <br />L The report shall specifically address the following items in regard to the <br />entire subject property; <br />MARCH 9, 1999 <br />1. square footage of development approved for construction by land use <br />type; <br />2. square footage of structures and facilities under construction by land <br />use type; <br />3. square footage of structures and facilities completed by land use type; <br />4. total number of residential certificates of occupancies for the project; <br />S. the number of residential certificates of occupancies obtained during <br />the one year reporting date; <br />48 <br />
