Macht, Chairman <br />Date: March 11, 1999 <br />Subject: Duo employment for Executive Aide position <br />Inasmuch as our current Executive Aide, Alice White, has submitted her <br />retirement plans effective July 22, 1999, I am requesting approval from the <br />Board for dual -employment for as much time as possible before she leaves, so <br />that she can train her replacement. <br />The Chairman corrected the title to read Dual Employment, not Duo. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Ginn, the Board unanimously approved dual <br />employment, as requested in the Memorandum. <br />MARCH 23, 1999 <br />62 <br />• • <br />
