BOOK <br />the additional cost of constructing a full pavement section. The work is scheduled to <br />commence on July 19, 1999. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS AND FUNDING <br />Staff recommends that the Board approve the attached proposal in the amount of $71,500. <br />Funding is from Traffic Impact Fees. <br />Proposal <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Ginn, the Board unanimously approved the <br />proposal from Felix Equities, Inc., in the amount of $71,500, as <br />recommended in the Memorandum. <br />Commissioner Stanbridge advised that a lot of people from the Sea Oaks area are <br />concerned about beautification of the comer. <br />Public Works Director James Davis believed that section of Wabasso Road is within <br />the Wabasso Corridor Plan and as development occurs, the development will provide the <br />landscaping. <br />11.GA REPLACE DRAINAGE CULVERTS - KINGS HIGHWAY <br />(58TH AVEMM NORTH OF KIWANIS HOBART PARK - FELIX <br />EQUITIES, INC. <br />The Board reviewed a Memorandum of July 12, 1999: <br />TO: James E.
