Thompson, P.E. ���yy,�, <br />Capital Projects Manage <br />SUBJECT: 4`b Street Widening & Intersection Improvements <br />Amendment No. 3 <br />DATE: February 28, 2000 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Keith & Schnars, Inc. is under contract with Indian River County to provide professional civil <br />engineering services for improvements to 4`' Street from US 1 to 600 feet west of Old Dixie <br />Highway. <br />The attached Amendment No. 3 provides for revising design drawings and drainage calculations to <br />accommodate restrictions imposed by actual right-of-way acquired. Drawings will be updated to <br />show actual right-of-way and all buried utilities. Amendment No. 3 also includes coordinating <br />rehabilitation of the railroad crossing with the Florida East Coast Railway. <br />Services for Amendment No. 3 will be performed at a lump sum fee of $9,350.00.
