"AAM ACT" - RESOLUTFON. <br />Commissioner Frank C. Vickers introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />WHEREAS, The State Board of Administration has submitted certain proposals of indi- <br />viduals, firms and corporations offering to sell to said Board of Administration certain bonds <br />of Indian River County, and obligations assumed by said County, under the provisions of House <br />Bill No. 309 acts of the 1933 Legislature; and <br />WAS, after carefully consider4na.a11 of such proposals and taking into consider- <br />ation the amount of funds available for:that purpose, and the approximate value of said bonds <br />and obligations, it is deemed advisable and expedient to purohbse and cancel certain of said <br />bonds and obligations to -wit: <br />St. Lucie Co. Quay Bridge Dist. (now Indian River County Bond) No. 239 dated December <br />19 19229 due December 1, 1939, at a price of $950.00 net, and no past due coupons attached, as <br />designated offering "B". <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners that the State Board <br />of Administration be requested to purchase and cancel the securities listed above at the price <br />quoted. <br />The resolution was duly seconded by Commissioner.,Gl34er-and upon being put to a vote <br />the same was unanimously adopted. <br />Tau Collector Troy E.
