Helseth and Mrs. Helseth have suffered a most tragic loss <br />in the death of their son, Captain Albert 0. Helseth, Jr. while on active duty with the Armed <br />Forces of the United States; and, <br />WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Helseth are outstanding citizens of Indian River County and Mr. <br />Helseth has rendered great service to this county for a long period as a member of the Board of <br />County Commissioners; and, <br />WHEREAS, Captain Albert 0. Helseth, Jr. was born, reared and educated in this county, <br />and was one of its outstanding young men; therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners -of Indian River County does here- <br />with express its sincere sorrow upon the loss of Captain Helseth and hereby extends to Mr. and <br />,/ Mrs. Albert 0. Helseth and all members of the family, its sincere sympathy in this time of <br />great bereavement. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this Resolution be spread upon the minutes of this Board; <br />
