SEAL.)Notary Public, State of Florida at targe. <br />My Commission Expires March 5th, 1949. <br />Commissioner Glover introduced the following resolution and moved its adoptionaae <br />follows, to -wit: <br />ALESCLuT ION <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 22870 Aets of Florida Legislature, 1945, the City of <br />Vero Beach, Florida has filed with the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, a verified written Petition stating that lots situated in Indian River County,°Florida,, <br />described as follows, to -wit: <br />Lot 5 in Block 1, and Lots 5 and 12`in Block 2, of Walter Kitching's Subdivision, ac- <br />cording to plat thereof filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie <br />County, Florida, in Plat Book 4, at page 5. <br />have become the property of Indian River County tinder the provision of Chapter 22079, <br />Aets of Florida Legislature, 1943 and by virtue of Decree e3tered in the Circuit Court of Indian <br />River County, Florida on August 14, 1944 and which Petition sets up the name and address of the <br />City of Vero Beach, Florida and recites that said City was the'ownereof said lots at the time of <br />the entry of such Decree and sets up the price of the lots as previously fixed by Resolution of <br />this Board and the use to which such lots were enjoyed by such former owner at the time of the <br />entry of said final Decree and a statement of the facts and circumstances upon which such former <br />:owner bases the request for the restoration of the described property and an offer to pay an <br />amount equal to all taxes, including municipal taxes and liens, if any which had become de- <br />linquent, together with interest and cost provided by law and together with any subsequently <br />accrued taxes which had not been assessed and representing current and omitted years.
