<br />I, Douglas Bake , as Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County, Florida, here-
<br />by certify that under and by virtue of Chapter 22079, Laws of Florida, Acts of 1943, the fee
<br />simP14 title in and to Lot 10, in Block 39, Original Town of Vero, (now City of Vero Beach)
<br />"Florida, was vested in Indian River County, Florida, by decree of the Circuit Court in and for
<br />Indian River County, Flor da,duly made and entered on the 16�h day of April, 1945. That pur-
<br />suant to sale made by In4an River County of said property under the provisions of said Chapter
<br />22079, title therein was iest®d in the purchaser thereof by County Deed No. 129, issued July
<br />3, 1945.
<br />That by oversight, said land was sold for delinquent taxes for the year 1944 on June
<br />19 1945, and Tax Certificate therefor issued to Indian River County, Florida, and which Certi-
<br />ficate is now held by said County.
<br />That said Certificate No. 139 was issued erroneously in that at the time of issuance
<br />thereof, the Title to said property was vested in Indian River County under the provisions of
<br />,;said Chapter No. 22079.

<br />WHEREAS, Certificate of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County has
<br />lLot 10ibeen presented to this Board reciting that at tax sale held June 1, 1945, , dock 39,
<br />0riginal Town of Vero (now City of Vero Beach) Indian River County, Florida, was sold for
<br />taxes delinquent for the year 1944 and at the time of such sale title to said property was
<br />;vested in Indian River County under the provisions of Chapter 220?9, Laws of Florida; that said
<br />;Tax Certificate was therefore erroneously issued and that such Certificate is held by Indian
<br />"River County.
<br />BE IT RESOLVED that said Tax Sale Certificate No. 139, sale of June 1, 1945, is here=
<br />,with determined to be void and the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County is herewithl
<br />'authorized and directed to cancel said.Cetificate.
