14W a vi W.O. <br />istrict, the boundaries of said District being described as follows, to -wit: CAll of that <br />territory in Indian River County, Florida, included with`the boundaries described as follows, <br />to -wit :) <br />,'Begin at a point where the South boundary line of Indian River County, Florida, interesects <br />the Atlantic Ocean; thence run West along the South:"boundary line of Indian River County, <br />Florida' to the Southwest corner of Section 319 Township 33 South' Range 36 East; thence run <br />North along the Range line dividing Range 35 East and Range 36 East to the Northwest corner or <br />Section 6, Township 33 South, Range 36 East and which cornet is on the boundary line dividing <br />Township 32 South and Township 33 South; thence ftn East on the boundary line dividing Town- <br />ship 33 South and Township 32 South to the Southwest corner of Section 31, Township 32 South, <br />Range 39 East; thence run North on the boundary 'dine dividing Range 38 Et and Range 39 East <br />to the Northwest corner of Section 61 Township 32 South, Range 39 East; thence run East along <br />the boundary line dividing Township 31 South and Township 32 South to the Atlantic Ocean and <br />the East boundary line of Indian River County; thence run South along the East boundary line <br />of Indian River County to the point of beginning. <br />Estimates having been made by the Board of Commissioners of SEBASTIAN INLET DISTRICT <br />ror the ultimate redemption of bonds, notes, or other obligations outstanding, aadd to pay in- y <br />terest thereon, when due, and for general repairs and.additional work to be done, and a certi- <br />fied copy of the resolution filed with this Board, asprequired by law, and as hereby declared <br />that a tax rate of one and eleven -twentieth mills upon the dollar be levied, and is hereby fix <br />ed and assessed, for the year 1946, on all of the property in the County of Indian River,lying <br />;and being in the boundaries of said Sebastian Inlet District, Four-fifths (4/5) mills of which <br />�Ishall be used solely for interest payments, when due,, -and to create a sinking fund for the <br />;ultimate redemption of Refunding Bonds of'said District dated July 1st, 1936 and three-fourths <br />(3/4) mills of which levy shall be used as a maintenance fund and for the purposes authorized <br />land prescribed in theact creating said district namely Section 15 of Chapter 7976 of the Laws <br />of Florida as amended by Chapter 12259 of the Laws of Florida. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Tax Assessor of Indian River County, Florida, be ands' <br />he is hereby directed to assess and ldvy all the foregoing taxes as fixed and levied by this <br />Board upon the taxable property in Indian River County, Florida, just as d, due taxation within i <br />the respective boundaries upon which such taxies are levied; that a certified copy of this <br />resolution be furnished to the County Assessor of Taxes.. <br />The motion for adoption was duly seconded by Commissioner Glover, and unanimbusl,y,,; <br />adopted. <br />Commission Gloveriintroduced the following resolution and moved its adoption,to-wits <br />WHEREAS, all acts having been performed and all proceedings had as required by law <br />and preliminary to the levy of taxes .in Indian River County, Florida for the year 1946; and, <br />WHEREAS, the respective boards and taxing districts being authorized to fix and levy <br />taxes upon property situated within Indian River County, Florida, as provided by law, fixed .i <br />such tax levies and have certified the same to this Board and this Board having considered the <br />same and having then found them to be proper, therefore be it resolved that: <br />Estimates having been made by the Board of Commissioners of the FLORIDA INLAND NAVI- <br />GATION DISTRICT, and a certified copy of the resolution filed with this Board, as required by !` <br />law, and as estimated by the said Board of Commissioners, it is determined and hereby declared <br />that a tax rate of One-tenth (1/10) mill updn the dollar, be levied, and is hereby fixed and <br />Imposed and assessed for the year 1946, on a'm of the property in the County of Indian River <br />(lying and being within the boundaries of said Florida Inland Navigation District, the boundaries, <br />of said District being described as the entire County as a whole, One-twentieth(1/20) mill of <br />which shall be used to pay interest and create a sinking fund for the ultimate redemption of <br />`i <br />N <br />E <br />1 <br />0 <br />n <br />0 <br />1 <br />1 <br />0 <br />
