Exhibit A <br />(1) 3% COLA salary increase to all employees <br />(2) Maintain status quo of 9 step level and 5% wage increase for all <br />employees eligible for step increases on their anniversary date. <br />(3) Adopt Union 34.02 "C", providing employees who did not receive <br />step/pay level increases a payment of $1500, with the proviso this sum <br />be paid in three $500 increments due (1) upon ratification/ approval in <br />January 2015,(2) April 1, 2015 and (3) July 1, 2015. <br />Effective October 1, 2015 through September 30, 2017 <br />(1) For Fiscal years 2015-16 and 2016-17, "...bargaining unit employees <br />shall receive the same cost -of -living increases, if any, provided to <br />general non -bargaining unit employees under the County <br />Administrator's purview." <br />(2) Adopt Employer 34.02 (8) with revised CBA language reading "fiscal <br />year 2015-16, as shown in Attachment C" a 2.5% increase effective <br />the first full pay periods of April 1, 2016 and April 1, 2017, employees <br />will proceed to the next step of their respective pay scale." <br />Recommendation: Article 37, Contract Duration: Expiration September 30,2017 <br />lar I , Special Magistrate <br />Decemb- 7, 2014 <br />35 <br />
