The anticipated schedule is to release the RFI/RFP by September <br /> 2015, obtain proposals by November 2015, evaluate the proposals by January 2016 and then bring <br /> a summary recommendation to the Board in February 2016. <br /> FUNDING: <br /> No funding consideration is needed at this time. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Staff recommends the following options for the SWDD Board to consider: <br /> 1. Confirm that the Board is not interested in a mass-burn waste-to-energy facility in Indian <br /> River County. <br /> 2. Confirm that the Board is open to allowing out-of-county wastes to be brought into Indian <br /> River County. <br /> 3.
