MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Adams, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Ginn, to approve staff's <br />recommendation. <br />Under discussion, Chairman Stanbridge thanked Public Works Director James Davis <br />and Stormwater Engineer Keith McCully for their work on this project. She noted that <br />Indian River Farms Water Control District is also part of our partnership. She recalled it had <br />been three years ago that she asked that this project be started. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED THE QUESTION and the motion <br />carried unanimously.
