Gorham, Ph.D. <br />Coastal Resources Manager <br />SUBJECT: Release of Retainage <br />Woods Hole Group, Inc. <br />DATE: November 4, 2002 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Woods Hole Group, Inc. has a Professional Services Agreement with <br />the County to provide miscellaneous coastalengineering services on <br />an as -needed basis. All phases of the project as specified in the <br />Agreement and subsequent Work Orders have been satisfactorily <br />completed. The attached invoice requests payment of retainage in <br />the amount of $3,292.46 to close out the Agreement. <br />NOVEMBER 12, 2002 <br />
