McCoy, AICF6r)M <br />Senior Planner, Current Development <br />DATE: November 8, 2000 <br />SUBJECT: Marsh Island Development Company LLC's Request for Planned Development <br />Special Exception Use Approval for a 33 Unit Development Known as Marsh <br />Island <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal consideration by the Board of County <br />Commissioners at its regular meeting of November 14, 2000. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. has submitted an application for PD (planned development) <br />special exception use and preliminary PD plan/plat approval on behalf of Marsh Island Development <br />Company to construct a 33 unit project to be known as Marsh Island. The 33 units will consist of <br />a variety of single-family lot types, from larger lot conventional homes to smaller lot zero lot line <br />homes. The various home types will be contained within three different development parcels <br />(parcels A B, and C) which cover three separate areas of the project.
