<br /> DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS
<br /> At the November 13 , 2001 Board of County Commissioners regular meeting, approval was given to
<br /> Proctor Construction Company (Construction Manager at Risk) for the Guaranteed Maximum Price
<br /> in the amount of $ 3 , 352 , 892 . 00 and to Weller Pool Constructor, Inc . in the amount of $ 2 , 061 , 967 . 00 ,
<br /> for construction of Phase I of the North County Regional Park .
<br /> The November 13 , 2001 agenda item stated that the contracts would be presented at the next Board
<br /> of County Commissioners meeting .
<br /> At this time , the contracts are presented for approval . The costs areas approved at the November 13 ,
<br /> 2001 meeting .

<br /> Alternative No . 1 — Approve the contracts for the Construction Manager at Risk (Proctor
