DALRYMPLE and BERNICE MEYER, each in the sum of $500.00 with the following Bonding <br />Companies respectively, were approved by Douglas Baker, clerk Circuit Court, as provided by law; <br />Massachusetts Bonding and Insurance Company, American Surety Company of New York,, Hartford Acci- <br />dent and Indemnity Company, American Fire and Casualty Company, Massachusetts Bonding and Insur- <br />ance Company. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Watts, seconded by Commissioner Waddell and carried, <br />letters of agreement were authorized relating to obtaining right -of -wap deeds for the widening <br />of State Road #5 south of the city limits of Vero Beach, and State Road #S -505-A (Lateral's Road) <br />as follows: <br />October 4, 1952 <br />Mr. Paul Goodridge <br />Osceola Boulevard <br />Vero Beach, Florida <br />Dear Paul: <br />In consideration of your conveyance of the right of way described in State Road De- <br />partment Deed No. 221, Section $801(691), State Road No. 5, Indian River County, Florida, the <br />County agrees as follows: <br />1. That the County will move off the right of way being conveyed in the above deed <br />the small fruit stand now situated on this right of way and will set up the fruit stand and re <br />establish the same in good condition as it existed prior to the moving on the property which you <br />have remaining there. <br />2. No. 1 South <br />Vero Beach, Florida <br />Dear Mr. and Mrs. Lux: <br />In consideration of your conveying the right of way described in State Road Department <br />Deed No. 218, Section 8801 (691), State Road No. 5, to provide for widening and improving this <br />road, the County agrees as follows: <br />1. Your small building used as a sales stand located at the Northeast corner of your <br />property will be moved back off the new right of way line and reestablished in good condition as <br />it is now. <br />2. The County agrees to place drainage tile in the road -side drainage ditch which will <br />be constructed in connectift-with the new road and to fill over the drainage tile all along your <br />property line for the full length of your property line on the road right of way.
