Notary,,Public bonds for CHARLES C. JEWETT, E. W. JACOCKS, JEANNETTE M. MORRIS, KATHRYN E. DALRYMPLE and BERNICE MEYER, each in the sum of $500.00 with the following Bonding Companies respectively, were approved by Douglas Baker, clerk Circuit Court, as provided by law; Massachusetts Bonding and Insurance Company, American Surety Company of New York,, Hartford Acci- dent and Indemnity Company, American Fire and Casualty Company, Massachusetts Bonding and Insur- ance Company. Upon motion of Commissioner Watts, seconded by Commissioner Waddell and carried, letters of agreement were authorized relating to obtaining right -of -wap deeds for the widening of State Road #5 south of the city limits of Vero Beach, and State Road #S -505-A (Lateral's Road) as follows: October 4, 1952 Mr. Paul Goodridge Osceola Boulevard Vero Beach, Florida Dear Paul: In consideration of your conveyance of the right of way described in State Road De- partment Deed No. 221, Section $801(691), State Road No. 5, Indian River County, Florida, the County agrees as follows: 1. That the County will move off the right of way being conveyed in the above deed the small fruit stand now situated on this right of way and will set up the fruit stand and re establish the same in good condition as it existed prior to the moving on the property which you have remaining there. 2. All of the above will be done prior to taking possession of the right of way con- veyed in the above deed and you may continue in possession of the property described in the above deed until the above building has been moved as stated. No. 1 South Vero Beach, Florida Dear Mr. and Mrs. Lux: In consideration of your conveying the right of way described in State Road Department Deed No. 218, Section 8801 (691), State Road No. 5, to provide for widening and improving this road, the County agrees as follows: 1. Your small building used as a sales stand located at the Northeast corner of your property will be moved back off the new right of way line and reestablished in good condition as it is now. 2. The County agrees to place drainage tile in the road -side drainage ditch which will be constructed in connectift-with the new road and to fill over the drainage tile all along your property line for the full length of your property line on the road right of way. If the road can be constructed without a drainage ditch in front of your property, then the County agrees to fill all along your edge of the property on the road so there will be a gradual slope from the road on to your property without any intervening drainage ditch. All of this work will be done prior to taking possession of the right of way which you are conveying.
