1 <br />1 <br />LJ <br />263 <br />Deed No. 214, Section 8801 (691), State Road No. 5, required for widening and improving this <br />road, the County agrees as follows: <br />1. To cut off your existing office building which will be on the new right of way <br />line and rebuild the wall. <br />2. To build on the Northwest corner of the existing office building an additional room, <br />size 14 feet x 16 feet, to be connected into the existing office building with the same type of <br />construction as the existing office building and to then reestablish the whole office building <br />in good condition. <br />3. To cut off the barn or shed where it encroaches on the additional right of way and <br />to rebuild the same amount on the West end of the barn and reestablish the same in good condition. <br />4. To move the citrus trees now planted on the additional right of way and replant <br />them in whatever location you designate. <br />5. In consideration of the above and due to the fact that the room being built is <br />larger than the part of the office being taken, we understand that you will pay the County $500.00. <br />6. The County will the whatever drainage ditches constructed between your property <br />and the new road and fill in the ditch so you will have access all the way along your property <br />from the office building to the South end of the property. <br />7. R, Kennedy <br />Vero Beach, Florida <br />Gentlemen: <br />In consideration of your conveying the right of way described in State Road Department <br />Deed No. 206, Section $$01 (691), State Road 5, the County agrees to move your building now <br />partly situated on this right of way being conveyed in an Eastward direction so that the building <br />will be placed off the right of way and on the remaining property owned by you. The building <br />will be set up and reestablished in good condition as it existed prior to the moving. <br />All of the above will be done prior to the time of taking possession of the land de- <br />scribed in the above deed. <br />Yours very truly, <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />By <br />W.
