D. <br />Vero Beach, Florida <br />Dear Mr. Hallstrom: <br />In consideration of your conveying the right of way described in State Road Department <br />Deed No. 234, Section $$01 (691), State Road No. 5, the 'County agrees as follows: <br />1. To pay to you the sum of $1,200.00 for the property described in the above right <br />of way deed. <br />2. The County further agrees that should the construction of this road prevent your <br />driving between the West right of way line and the East side of your packing house located along- <br />side this road, that the County will either provide by putting in a the and filling over any <br />ditch so that you can drive on the East side of the packing house or if this is not possible <br />the County will move your packing house and set it up and reestablish it in good condition as it <br />existed prior to the moving. <br />You may remain in possession of and have the use of the additional right of way described <br />in the above deed until construction of the widening of this road begins and the County agrees to <br />do and perform all of the above before possession is taken of the additional right of way describ- <br />ed in the above deed. <br />Yours very truly, <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />L� c <br />BW. y <br />/7 <br />Chairman <br />October 4, 1952 <br />Mr. Jay J. Boyles <br />Vero Beach <br />Florida <br />Dear Mr. Boyles: <br />In consideration of your conveyance of the right of way described in State Road Depart- <br />ment Deed No. 211, Section $801(691), State Road No. 5, Indian River County, Florida, the County <br />does herewith agree as follows: <br />1. That the County will move off the right of way being conveyed both of the buildings <br />now partially situated upon the additional right of way conveyed. Each building will be located., <br />and reestablished on the remaining property which you own at this location in good condition as <br />the same existed prior to the moving. <br />2. In consideration of the above, the County would also receive a subrogation of the' <br />mortgage interest held by Ralph E. Harris and Bessie Dean Harris, his wife, and a subrogation of <br />the mortgage interest held by First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Indian River County, <br />without further cost to the County. <br />3. All of the above will be done prior to taking possession of the right of way des- <br />cribed in.the above deed and you may continue in possession of the property described until the <br />two buildings mentioned are moved as stated. <br />cc: Mr. Ralph E.
