Gly <br />County Traffic Engineer <br />SUBJECT: Indian River County Gravity Model Update <br />DATE: November 30, 2001 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />The Indian River County Public Works Department is in need of an update to the County <br />Gravity Model. The County Gravity Model, originally compiled in 1992, is a transportation <br />planning tool used to calculate increases in traffic flow generated by new residential and <br />commercial development.
