RESOLUTION NO. 2001-012 <br />year such county officer shall nevertheless submit the annual report to the Board of <br />County Commissioners before the thirty-first day following the close of the fiscal <br />year. Included with the report shall be a statement of any funds not received by that <br />date and a statement that such officer will submit those monies not more than seven <br />(7) working days from the date of receipt of those monies. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner <br />the motion was seconded by Commissioner Ti ppi n <br />to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Caroline D.
