reading then a final plan could be brought to the Board in 120-150 days. <br />There was CONSENSUS to exclude libraries and schools as potential sites. <br />Commissioner Macht asked if those would come to the Board as special exceptions, <br />and Mr. Lepore replied in the affirmative. <br />Commissioner Adams asked if, since the last meeting, Mr. Lepore had met with <br />industry representatives and if everyone had an opportunity for input, and Mr. Lepore <br />responded that he met with all the industry representatives and some of them had come to <br />the P&Z meeting and a number of items were reviewed there as well. <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to be heard in <br />this matter. <br />Jon Shamres, an attorney with Alan Gabriel, appeared representing Nextel. He had <br />met with staff and staff had substantially addressed their mayor concerns. He anticipated a <br />couple of minor items would be addressed before the end of this hearing and, if so, he <br />supported the ordinance as it has been revised. <br />Sherri Brower, 736 34`'' Terrace, representing the amateur radio operators as their <br />local government liaison, had one minor concern on page 248, paragraph (7), that speaks <br />about Section 971.44(4) and should be 971.44(1). <br />Director Boling explained that was correct and was the first of his three items.
