Commissioner Adams expressed her view that the Board's business meetings should <br />be limited to that business. <br />Chairman Stanbridge agreed that disruptions are not good for business. <br />Commissioner Ginn commented that public discussion should be held at the <br />beginning of the meeting so speakers would not have to sit through the business part of the <br />meeting in order to make their comments. <br />CONSENSUS was reached for each Commissioner to give any comments or <br />suggestions regarding these matters to the County Attorney who will come back with a <br />recommendation for the Board. <br />13.D.
