UW -00-I I -DS <br />APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 & REQUEST FOR FINAL PAYMENT, <br />BACKGROUND: <br />On March 06, 2001 the Board of County Commissioners awarded Bid No. 3033 to Treasure Coast <br />Contracting (see attached agenda item and minutes -Attachment 1) in the amount of $40,210.50 to provide water <br />service and fire protection to the above referenced project. The project is now complete and the Department of <br />Environmental Protection has issued clearance to begin connecting customers.
