The topic also came up in the joint <br /> meeting with St . Lucie County . He suggested that staff work toward an agreement that can be <br /> taken as a recommendation to the Indian River County Board . <br /> 12 . SOLID WASTE <br /> A . BREVARD COUNTY <br /> Utility Services Director Dick Martens spoke of his facilities , locations , and <br /> services .
