Law Enforcement support for: Procuring equipment, technology, and <br />other material directly related to basic law enforcement functions. <br />In accordance with the above purpose area, the Indian River County Sheriff's Office propose to <br />spend the LLF.BG awara by replacing aging mobile laptop computers in agency vehicles, <br />providing the Traffic Unit Motorcycle officers with hand held RADAR Units and obtaining a <br />Voice Stress Analyzer to be utilised as a investigative tool. <br />September 17, 2002 <br />
