<br />ASSIGNMENT OF CONTRACT
<br />KNOW ALL NEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That John S. Peters and,Beverly S. Peters,
<br />his wife, parties of the first part, in cgnsideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and other
<br />valuable considerations, lawful money of the United States, to them in hand paid by Oscar
<br />E. Dooly and/or assigns, party of the second part, at or before the ensealing and delivery
<br />of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained, sold,
<br />assigned, transferred and set over and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, assign,
<br />transfer and set over unto the said party of the second part a certain contract bearing date
<br />the day of September, in the year one thousand trine hundred fifty-five, as follows:
<br />together with all right title and interest of any monies received from the Indian River County,
<br />a Political Subdivision of the State of Florida, for the consideration of Lots 31,32,33,34,
<br />35,36, Block 2, Langwick Subdivision, according to Plat filed in the office of Clerk of Circuit
<br />Court of Indian River County, Florida, in Plat Book 1, page 32; said land lying and being in
<br />City of Vero Beach, Indian River County, Florida.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, We have hereunto set our hands and seals, the 30th day
<br />of September in the year one thousand nine hundeed fifty-five.

<br />Commissioner Hamilton introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption
<br />as follows, to -wit:
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to law, an election is to be held in Special Tax School
<br />District No. 1, of Indian River County, Florida, on November 8, 1955; and,
<br />WHEREAS, the Board of Public Instruction of Indian River County, Florida, has
<br />heretofore adopted a Resolution calling said election; and,
<br />Whereas, the School Code of the State of Florida provides that the Board of .
<br />Public Instruction shall designate the number of inspection boards for each precinct and appoint
<br />the inspection boards, and the General Election Laws of the State of Florida provide that
<br />the number of inspection boards for each precinct aqd the inspection boards shall be determined
<br />by the Board of County Commissioners; and,,
<br />WHEREAS, the Board of Public Instruction of Indian River County, Florida, in
<br />special meeting on September 27; 19559 has, by Resolution, determined the number of inspection
<br />boards necessary for each precinct, and has appointed the personnel of the inspection boards;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, that this Board does hereby ratify, approve and confirm the number of
<br />inspection boards for each precinct and the personnel of the inspection boards heretofore
<br />determined_and appointed by the.Board of Publ,ic,Instruction of Indian River County, Florida,
