LAND SURVEYING SERVICES <br />Under this Task, land surveying services will be completed to support the design services <br />as described above in Section I - Tasks A. Specifically, the following land surveying <br />services will be provided: <br />1. A limited topographic survey will be performed within the Orchid Island and Windsor <br />sites to support design of the meter/control valvettelemetry systems <br />2. A limited topographic route survey will be performed from State Highway A -1-A to the <br />Windsor lake site to support the design of the reuse main extension into said site; <br />and <br />3. Limited topographic surveys shall be performed at locations where former water and <br />force mains to be converted to reuse mains will be connected to existing reuse <br />mains. <br />lll. PERMITTING SERVICES <br />In order that the reuse improvements to be designed under Task I may be constructed, we <br />shall make application for the following permits/approvals: <br />Task A (1 abc) — Brine to WM / FM Connections <br />Indian River County / FDOT Utility Right-of-way Permit <br />Task C (2d) — State Highway AA A 8" Reuse Main <br />Florida DOT Utility Permit <br />IV. CONSTRUCTION SERVICES <br />Masteller & Moler, Inc. will provide assistance during bidding and periodic observation of <br />construction of the reuse improvements described above in Tasks IA on an as -needed <br />basis to observe that construction is in reasonable compliance with the Contract Plans and <br />Permits. We will also attend meetings, review shop drawings and monthly pay estimates <br />from the Contractor. Following successful completion of the Contract work as evidenced <br />by as-builts and testing by the selected Contractor, we shall prepare Engineer's <br />Certificates confirming that the project improvements have been constructed in substantial <br />conformance with design plans and specifications. We shall also assist to submit requests <br />for clearances to operate the completed systems to the Florida Department of <br />Environmental Protection. <br />
