Graves, also submitted his resignation as Chairman of the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission because of the fact that he will be a member of the Board of <br />County Commissioners in January, 1957. Al Forney was then appointed as Chairman to take the <br />place of Mr. Graves. Sherman N. Smith, Jr. was asked to contact Mr. Alfred Briggs regarding <br />the vacancy left by Mr. Graves on the Planning and Zoning Board. <br />The County Agent, Forrest McCullars, submitted the annual report of County <br />Extension and. Agents Annual Narrative Report for the Period December 1, 1955 to November 30, <br />r <br />1956. <br />Upon Motion of Commissioner Hamilton, seconded by Commissioner Waddell and <br />carried, it was ordered that the official bonds of the following designated officials be set <br />for the term beginning January S, 1957 as follows, to -wit: <br />Tax Collector ----------$10,000.00 <br />Tax Assessor ---------- $ 7,500.00' <br />Sheriff---------------- $ 2,000.00 <br />Clerk of Circuit Court- $2,000.00 <br />Sheriff's Bond for Sam T. Joyce in the amount of $2,000.00 with Home Indemnity <br />Company as surety was approved. <br />Supervisor of Registrations Bond for Mrs. Rosemary Richey in the amount of $500.00 <br />with Home Indemnity Company as surety was approved. <br />Clerk of Circuit Court Bond for Douglas Baker in the amount of $2,000.00 with United <br />Stated Fidelity and Guaranty Company as surety was approved. <br />County Commissioners Bond for Robert W. Graves in the amount of $2,000.00 with <br />United States Fidelity & Guaranty Company as surety was approved. <br />County Commissioners Bond for D. B.
