<br />Pursuant to the foregoing notice requesting bids on One Tudor Standard Model

<br />11 Six cylinder automobile, the following bids were received:

<br />Arnold Offutt Ford, Inc. - - - - - - - - - - Price $1514.38
<br />Roland Miller Chevrolet, Inc.- - - - - - - - - - Price $1499.90.
<br />Upon Motion made by Commissioner Robert Graves., seconded by Commissioner Mac-
<br />donald and carried, the Board accepted the low bid by Roland Miller Chevrolet, Inc. for the
<br />price of $1499.90.
<br />Roland Miller and Kenneth Franks appeared before the Board and requested that
<br />something be done about Road A -1-A, stating that a 3 mile strip was almost impassable. Upon
<br />Motion made by Commissioner Robert Graves, seconded by Commissioner Macdonald and unanimously
<br />carried, the Board requested E. E. Carter, Superintendent of Roads to make an estimate of how
<br />much it will cost to rework this stretch of road and submit these figures to the Commissioners
<br />
