Pond/Prooerty Site Surveys
It is assumed, following pre-60% plan completion, that the project drainage will require seven (7) pond
sites. Of these locations, as stipulated above in Section I — Project Limits and Description, two (2) sites will
take advantage of existing pond sites on the Red Stick Golf Club property and the Bristol Bay development.
However, minor survey detail will be required from the roadway drainage system to the existing pond site
on the Red Stick property .
The ENGINEER shall perform property boundary and topography surveys to acquire sufficient information
to facilitate the design of the project drainage system. Information to be acquired will be imported into the
project Digital Terrain Model and planimetric files. Existing available information will be researched to
expedite the field surveys.
When the fee utilized equals 75%, the ENGINEER will assess and advise the COUNTY if the balance of
the work can be accomplished with the balance of the fee. If the work cannot be completed, the
ENGINEER will notify the COUNTY, in writing, and make a request for a supplemental agreement.
2
